To understand how to lose weight, one must first understand the basics of why we grow fat in the first place.

I found the holy grail! No kidding, read this-
As most of you know, Laurie and I have lived it up over the last 10 years.....the mortgage industry was good to us as it was to many.
Lots of travel, lots of endulgence in both food and drink and its certainly taken its toll on our health. Weight has been abig issue for me personally, not so much Laurie, she's perfect :). I have tacked on almost 75lbs in the last 10 years and the health issues are confronting me head on.
Fortunately, I'm lucky... people that approach 300lbs in weight often are pretty sick or worse. Knock on wood so far.
Recently I came accross this internet site and after buying the book they sell, started trying the system. At first it seemed kind of gross, I mean who wants to discuss bowel movements and subjects alike... The truth is that it hit home. Obesity in this country is treated topically and not holistically, like most medical conditions. Its always, exercise and eat right. We all try diets that never work, pills that we never take.... bottom line, we have to first eliminate the root cause of the weight before other changes can take full affect.
The Fat Loss Secret, is a book written by a female physician in AZ. Publishers won't publish it and the medical community is coming down hard on her to the point that she's received death threats for putting her research on the internet. At first it seems rediculous as to why other Dr's wouldnt embrace a finding that could solve the second leading cause of disease and death in our country, Obesity. But stop an think for a moment...... the world isn't a perfect place. Political power and the almighty dollar reign supreme and good old Dr. Jones, who you've know your whole life is probably in on it. Most likely not by choice, the years of investment in medical school, the groups you join, the pressure all can force the best people to be on the wrong side. At the end of the day, the power of pharmacutical companies and the medical community as a whole make their $$$ on our illness.
The truth is, Dr's get rich from keeping us sick. Look at the TV ads where after selling you on why a depression medicine cures your symtoms, the lsit of side effects that follow is comedic. Serious, "risk of heart attack and stroke found in some patients, if you feel suicidal dont continue to take this drug." I've heard these examples first hand. My god.
I dont blame the medical community too much...we are supposed to think for ourselves, arent we. The information is out there...the question is will we pay attention to it. We have a choice.
I took the good Dr.s advice and so far, I'm happy to say, its really working. I've lost 15lbs in just a week. It keeps coming off too....
I urge you all who are overweight to try this.... its not expensive at all and quite honestly for those of you who are not at a healthy weight, you really can't afford to not do this.
The human body is born perfectly, with clean functioning organs. Over our lifetimes we take in toxins and poisons that slowly build up and in 20, 30 and or 40 years it hits overload. The fact is, if you are heavier than you like to be, think back about when it was, or how old you were when you just couldn't eat anything you wanted anymore or when you stopped burning it off and it started piling on.
